Does it contain caffeine?

No added caffeine. The only caffeine in the cup is the trace that occurs naturally in cacao, a couple of milligrams, less than a cup of decaf and about what you get in a piece of milk chocolate. For comparison, some mushroom coffees add 80-120 mg of caffeine per serving, about a cup of coffee.

How is the 90-day plan billed?
