1,000mg dual-extracted fruiting body (5:1 extract)
A dual-extracted (5:1) fruiting-body extract from the Hericium erinaceus mushroom, dosed at a full 1,000 mg per scoop, not a 100 mg sprinkle of starch-heavy mycelium grown on grain. We use the fruiting body and extract it twice, in water and in alcohol, so the full spectrum of the mushroom ends up in the cup.

I am not sure but have a feeling that it will take longer time for me! I was in southern Iraq 2003 to 2004 and had about for violent attacks on me, some car jack attempts & also a riot where I was attacked by about a 100 people. I have since then had some post traumatic stress syndrome.
